For those of you that are interested I thought it would fun for us to get together in person.
This is the place to be on a Saturday night. Plenty of parking, easy access to the highway. We will be in The Saloon which is inside The Chop Shop. However, you can go into the other side as well. Both sides have live music.
Outside food is not permitted at all. They do offer great food and appetizers there. For a good idea on the type of food they offer there is a menu on their website which can be found @ www.chopshoppub.com
The ultimate goal of this mingle for singles is to make some new friends and to simply have fun with no pressure. Keep an open mind as first impressions are not always correct. Be ready to approach a group or to be approached by an individual. YOU get out of these events what YOU put into them! It is up to you to say “hi” and make yourself known to others. We want all members, their guests and any other singles present to have a great time! There is no dress code and the atmosphere is a lot of fun.
The bartenders dress up for theme nights, which happen every Saturday night. Ladies, if you want, you can check out their website for what the theme is for that night. If you feel comfortable dressing in theme garb, then by all means go ahead. You won't regret it!
I am looking for a second hostess to greet people as they enter The Saloon. The $5.00 cover charge is paid to the gentlemen checking id's as they enter the front door. Not to myself or anyone else from here. It is a Pub employee.
So come on out and have some fun. You can shoot some pool, or dance the night away in either side of the pub. You'll get to meet new people and make new friends. Perhaps you will find someone that you connect with as well! Looking forward to meeting all of you for a great night out at a place where you can feel free to dress up or come in jeans. It's up to you.
As always, please be safe and drink responsibly. The owners of the pub will not allow anyone drunk to leave the establishment. They are open until 3 am serving breakfast that night. No alcohol can be purchased after 1 am. If needed, they will call a taxi for you, but you have to pay for it.
Also, if you are traveling, (or just don't want to drink and drive), Seabrook has a few hotels close to the pub. I will post the names, addresses, and hotel phone numbers for those that are interested in getting a room for the night.

Well I look forward to meeting some new friends and I will try to get a few of my single girlfriends to come out to the Event, I live in Seabrook so talk about convenient! I actually met my Ex husband at this same place when it was owned prior to the current owners! Maybe this location just has good MOJO for me! lol I hope a lot can make the event and maybe this is something that can be planned for a repeat once the warmer weather gets here! So here's to making some new friends and just enjoying a great night out!

You're right Sherry. It's a great place to go. Yes, if this event goes well for us, then yes we will definitely do it again there. Looking forward to meeting new friends for sure. Hopefully maybe, something a little more!

I'm hoping it will be. The place itself is a lot of fun. They've got pool tables as well. With two sides to the place and live music in both of them, there should be something for everyone.

No it's not listed yet. I'll let you know as soon as I do. Again, you don't have to dress up in the theme, you can wear your regular "I'm going out" clothes.

It depends on what my work schedule looks like but I would love to get out there and meet some people in my area.
