like just about most major cities.....big report on CNN
example....NYC h2o is found to have anti-seizure drugs in it....
they are stating that the reason for it is that h2o waste is processed and filtered and re-introduced back into the tap h2o systems.....if that is the case, and is showing up....would it not be possibke for deseases to travel the same route...

Choosey..I have not seen the article, but I did wait on a couple over the weekend that was visiting from Rhode Island..and they asked all sorts of questions about the water I brought to the table. Their biggest concern...they did not want the ice, because apparently some recylcled water is piped through Ice machines...that is a big no, no, here..but could be done easily enough. They also wanted the lemon removed, because of another story they read Well...just like Burger King..special orders don't upset me..yea, right...but I gave them what they wanted, the way they wanted it...and they left both glasses, sitting on the table, totally filled, when they left

I could see things like this happening in major cities.........
People and companies use sewer systems to dispose of outdated and unwanted prescriptions .......... ever so often they have to clean the leach fields at the sewer plants where it settles out and it is used in fertilizer. Just because you take the meds and they work some of it is still a part of your human waste........
Think about it..
How many years various prescription drugs have been around and taken.......

Cricket...yes I did..a little over 20% I think they were sold the moment I gave them the dessert they ordered...they were unhappy the last time they were there..so I made sure they got the freshest tirimisu possible..they were thrilled with it and so was my pocketbook

the other way this is happening is by human waste.....being processed...that to be could be a huge concern if you think about it.....
glad at least you were rewarded for your trouble, lol, Lotus....did you considerate an apology for their needs too....lol

blame that too on well / reservoir systems with poor filtration but it's hard to believe--because water is measured by microns when it's filtered/ so tiny to flow water through--and because there is so many bits of measurement that make up every drop of water with minerals passing through a micron of measurement to actually harm our supply--it would be very hard mineral sources to cause any harm esp to pass through any filters at all...if you're talking of substances like arsenic--that would have to be in higher qualities per measurement of water plus that substance is a powder too when mixed with water is very harmful and can't then be seen by a naked eye besides in that form--
this is a true fact if your get raw water as your water supply--if you left one faucet running on just a lightly runned and stuck a micron filter over the drain of a sink--in one year's time you'd fill that sink with minerals (of all kind) from the water flow alone, to over flow a normal size a sink ...that would be you drinking water and all those minerals too, included traces of whatever too as mentioned in this thread--

Choosey - the day my husband died, I swore CNN, Fox News, or the other one he watched 24/7 would never be on in my house again. I'm so glad you post these things so I will know what is going on. Thanks!

to anyone just google words like "tap water exposed" and see what comes up--water filtration is another--see what arsonic would do to the water supply--and believe this or not all our water reserves prior to 911 went unprotected--but again it's almost too hard to mess up any large supply because water is measured by how many parts something else too it's made of...water is made with minerals, take minerals out of water you get pure water--pure water can not cause any damage inside of a $ 15 tea kettle or your pipes if you invested in a water purification system for one...with raw water that's why the tea kettle looks like rust from raw water being put in it over your stove--
