twoletters Overgaard, AZ 70, joined Oct. 2007	I posted this before but it seems apparent that project 60 is somehow covertly linked to the UN(currently) being the administrator of over half of our National Lands, as well as agenda 21. ALL WORKING TOGETHER TO CREATE A ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT. So it appears that not only are we allowing the feds to control and restrict our every liberty and constitutional right, now we are allowing them to sell America to cover the debts that the politicians have incurred. As I've said before, the federal government "owns" nothing,we the people hired them to be the stewards and protectors of our lands and our constitution. THEY HAVE ALL FAILED MISERABLY, in every aspect, to do the job we hired them to do. If this does come to pass, what happens to our private property rights? Every person in every state across the Nation, needs to be aware of what our government (the feds)are secretly proposing to do. Some will say this is just another conspiracy theory and ignore it with the attitude "it can't happen here" If they would only consider history and see what so many countries in the world have devolved into. It would scare the hell out of everyone, even the liberals.

The timing is perfect to use his own quotes as the ammunition to destroy his electability, as well as force Congress to re-address every document he has signed while a Senator and Imposter in Chief. This poor excuse for a citizen, and his wife, are candidates for prison for crimes against our great nation. These quotes should be reason to suspect his motives and actions as anti-American behavior. I suggest that an investigation of him and his network of acquaintances, friends and supporter be started immediately. Do not allow this criminal leave the Country! He is an undercover enemy of our nation. His next residence is Federal Prison. All of his actions, appointments, signed Bills and treaties while in office should be deemed null and void. The nations of the World should be informed that all of his speaches, opinion, conversations, public and private are not endorsed or approved by WE the People of the USA. For those of our group that are gifted at doing political research, shortly after taking office, he sent Hillary to China. The reason for her trip was deceptive cover. After her return, we found that she signed "Powers of Emminant Domain" to China. This was for security of the debt that China purchased. In other words, the debt that we can NEVER catch up, let alone repay, gives China legal power to demand that they own real estate of the USA and stick their flag in it. Imagine manhatten, DC, shipping ports, Military Bases, State Parks, farmland or industrial areas owned by China. Anyone care to look that up?

One is called Annin...it's in lil ol' Coshocton, OH. My son works there. The reason I said "were" instead of "are" is that Annin was bought by the Chinese this summer. The plant was closed and everyone laid off for several months. Just in the past couple weeks, they have started calling folks back to work. Annin also makes Boy Scout uniforms and accessories. It just feels so un-American, to me, that an American flag making company, on American soil, is Chinese owned now.

What do the Statue of Liberty, Independence Hall, Jefferson's Monticello and Yellowstone National Park have in common? Each of these national treasures is regulated according to the dictates of foreign bureaucrats rather than according to the will of the American people. That's because each of these sites has been designated as a United Nations (U.N.) World Heritage Site. A U.N. World Heritage Site is an internationally protected landmark of cultural, historical or natural significance that the national government promises the U.N. it will protect.1 With the signing of the 1972 World Heritage Treaty, which established the U.N. World Heritage Sites, the United States legally obligated itself to manage our historic national landmarks in compliance with U.N., not U.S., standards.2 The U.S. has also allowed vast amounts of land to become U.N.-designated Biosphere Reserves. A Biosphere Reserve is an area that is set aside specifically for conservation and scientific study which, like a World Heritage Site, the United States promises to manage in accordance with U.N. standards. Currently, the United States has 20 World Heritage Sites and 47 Biosphere Reserves encompassing 51 million acres - an area nearly the size of Colorado.3 The U.S. is required to regularly report to the U.N. on the status of its World Heritage Sites, specifically its "preservation and protection techniques and its efforts to encourage public awareness about cultural and national heritage."4 What is especially disturbing about U.N. World Heritage Site and Biosphere Reserve designations are that they can be made by the executive branch unilaterally without congressional approval. Under the terms of the World Heritage Treaty, the President doesn't need to consult anyone before placing U.S. territory under the thumb of the U.N. While World Heritage Sites, Biosphere Reserves and other U.N. designations don't give the U.N. formal authority to regulate American land, Clinton Administration officials take these designations into account when making land-use decisions. The Administration has used such designations as an excuse to impose new regulations that blatantly restrict the rights of companies and private citizens. A good case in point is the 1995 controversy that erupted over Yellowstone National Park, where the Clinton Administration forced a mining company to abandon a legal mine development project near the park, but on mostly private land. At the request of environmental groups, the Clinton Administration persuaded the U.N. to list Yellowstone as a "World Heritage Site in Danger."5 This special designation gave the Administration an excuse to force the mining company to abandon the project because it allegedly posed a threat to the park. Further from home, near Kakadu Park in Australia, the same scenario is being played out. The U.N. World Heritage Committee independently commissioned a study of a mine near the park that concluded the mine would threaten the park's environment. The Committee issued a powerful warning that, unless the Australian government could rebut the findings, the U.N. would list the site as "in danger."6 The Australian government objects to the U.N.'s demands that it stop the project but it may succumb to the pressure before the year is out. It's ironic that the Clinton Administration is insisting that the U.S. adhere to U.N. standards in protecting our national landmarks, given the U.S. relationship with the primary body responsible for administering World Heritage Site programs. For the past several decades, the United States has refused to contribute to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the institutional sponsor of the World Heritage Committee, because the agency has been financially mismanaged and mired in political controversy.7 Yet the Administration believes this same UNESCO is qualified to judge our ability to protect our most prized national treasures. Congress has become so concerned over the U.N.'s encroachment on national sovereignty that the U.S. House of Representatives just approved a bill that would help Americans reassert their right to determine how U.S. national territory is managed. Called the American Land Sovereignty Protection Act, the legislation would require the executive branch to seek congressional approval before designating any site on American soil as either a World Heritage Site or Biosphere Reserve. The bill has yet to be acted on in the Senate. As welcome as the American Land Sovereignty Protection Act is, one wonders why the legislation is necessary to protect Congress's authority over U.S. land in the first place. Article IV of the Constitution stipulates that "Congress shall have power to dispose of and make all needful rules and regulations respecting the territory or other property belonging to the United States." Idaho is struggling financially and it is widely known that America is broke, so why tax breaks for the Chinese? China wants to limit its exposure to America’s debt. China needs to maintain its trade deficits, so it does not collapse like a house of cards. In order to accomplish this, China must unload currency and excess dollars. Buying Idaho is a good way to accomplish this. But, do not worry, China is looking at buying Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania as well. China will not allow its currency to become stronger, so it must eliminate some of America’s IOU’s. What better way to do this than buy America? Top Idaho officials have been traveling to China and entertaining the Chinese here, in order to help facilitate this. Idaho is a resource rich state and the Chinese know it, as does Obama, who keeps snatching Idaho land. Otter, Obama and the attack on business in America paves the way for China to own us. A Chinese firm is building a fertilizer plant in American Falls Idaho. Ironic. China has bought fifty square miles of land south of Boise, thirty thousand acres of Idaho gone to foreign nationals. Governor Otter says this will help reinvigorate our American industrial base. Just how this will do it, since the plants will be staffed with foreign nationals is a question that remains unanswered. Idaho, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan,..... obama and his Communist Chinese buddies know what is going on, MOST Americans don't. MOST Americans wouldn't even believe it. For those of us who are informed, the pieces are beginning to fit in place like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. We know obama hates America. We know obama is a Communist. We know obama wants to "Fundamentally change America." We know obama is downsizing the military. MOST Americans haven't heard about the recently passed law allowing the government to arrest and detain American citizens indefinitely, without cause, and without legal representation, just like in Communist countries. WHAT IN THE HELL WILL WE BE DISCUSSING BETWEEN NOW AND NOVEMBER? I honestly believe that America will be in turmoil, and martial law invoked, before the election. If the sh*t hits the fan, I think the men in black will initially hesitate, then say WTF is going on, and see things our way and fall in line to honor their oath. They won't have their jobs if there is no Country. We need to remember that their families are our neigbors too. They WILL make the correct choices. Yes, our beloved country is in dire straits,,Yes, Oblabber MUST GO!! But if we are not vigilant in our quest for the TRUTH,,another Oblabber will be in the oval office. Perhaps a different party, but the SAME agenda. WHY are NONE of the candidates addressing the fact that through the UN, Agenda 21, Project 60, and others, our Constitution is being laid to rest? Friends, Project 60 (a UN initiative) is giving our LAND to the Chinese in return for their purchase of our debt. Remember when the Chinese were buying our Treasury Notes (our debt)?? Remember in '09 when they stated that the US was bankrupt and they would no longer be buying our T Notes? Do we think that there has not been some 'behind the scenes' agreement as to HOW the USA will repay those debts? We certainly are not in any financial shape to do so monetarily.
