My question is do you find it harder to date when your a single parent? I find it kind of hard to go out and meet new people and to go out on dates. The reason why is because of trying to find a baby sitter,or just the extra time between working and taking my lil one to and from school and everything she's into right now.

Yes it is. I don't like to leave the little one with someone else for me to go out. I don't know am weird, she is 5 and I still have the gulit about leaving her or asking someone to keep her. So I tend to not do thing unless its when she is at school.

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one alone on this!!!! And I'm the same way I have such a hard time being away from my lil one, that and I don't know a lot of ppl where I'm at and I'm not just going to leave her with just anyone ya know what I mean. I just hope that it does get easier with time

it is hard to find someone especially since i am a single workin mom an there is noooo one in my town i wanna date but I'm. hoping on one of these nights when my my mamma keeps my youngest that i can meet someone worth while

Honestly, yes it's a little harder, but mostly my issues with it, I'm picky because of my kids, and that I'm so wrapped up in things we have to or need to do, I don't let myself slow down and take the time for me..... Plus the sitter issues, expensive for 3 kids even just for a few hours.....

I feel that its a lot harder! I don't want to leave my son on my weekends to go out and lots of ppl don't understand that!

Yeah, how do you single parents find the time to meet anyone? Especially in the spring/fall, my world revolves around my girl's soccer schedules. I want to do more with my daughters on the weekends, so I'm beginning to wonder if it is even possible to fit a new person into my life.

I agree, we are loaded during the spring and fall my girls are both gymnast, and my son pluses the girls play baseball. Plus I go to school full time.... It is very difficult plus we are active in church all the time... It's hard to find the time but ya never know there may be a person that will fit in there and enjoy being with you and your kids...
