Are there any other single parents that are also college students? I would love to chat and see how you are dealing with making time to study and take care of kIds. I'm having a difficult time this summer bc there is no actual quiet time for me to do my work

Yes I am also a college student If your kids are old enough I would take them to the library and let them go to the kids section. there are games on the computer so they can play. also take every opportunity to try to squeeze in some school work like if I'm doing laundry

I am definitely trying to get her to go to bed earlier. By the time she actually does I'm too exhausted to do anything.

Try daycare maybe? I'm going back to school this fall and will put the tot in daycare. Hoping she can be there full days so I can get all my school stuff done while she's gone and maybe have a few hours to find a job too. Hoping it all goes that way anyway. Lol

But you have the strive and will to better yourself and future for your children. Important thankfully done with schooling bit.like energy having my own business is very demanding. On the upside my 7yr old is my little secretarY . Haha. Goodluck to you all.

Single dad of one beatiful girl, I study when she's asleep, or I come up with little homework assignments for her to do, even if it distracts her for 5-15 min I get a little something done! Lol

Single dad here that just graduated Magna Cum Laude. My greatest help
Was my parents, family, and a couple of friends that let him stay with them and/or helped with things like meals. Another help was the park. Take the kid/kids there for the evening and let them run off energy while you study.
