The site is datehookup so I look at it as a site to find someone to date or hookup and I'm more about the former. I just want to find someone to spend time with. If it ends up just a friendship then that's fine. If it turns into a relationship, that would just be a bonus. I've never been a person that uses others so being used by someone else such as being used for sex isn't my thing.

Thought this would be an interesting way to meet people, find things in common, and have fun. So far it's been just short of frightening. I'm widowed after being happily married for 20 years. I found a wonderful guy on here with great values he my rock and my best friend I wasn't looking for anything when I came on here I thought it was a joke I would not let myself get close to anyone but I soon opened up and found a couple a good friends and a wonderful guy who understand me and what I am going though don't give up at all cause you never know what you can find I am very lucky I hope he sees this
