It's been a while since I've updated this. I haven't had alot of responses, but that comes with the territory. But lets try again!
Basically, me in a nutshell...31, 5'8, 210 lbs (but with solid shoulders and arms), black hair, blue eyes. Divorced with children, but no drama to speak of, which works well for me. Interests include martial arts (and i absolutely love watching old, cheesy kung fu movies), movies, all types of music, and yes i play World of Warcraft (Horde, if there's any gamer girls out there!) I have come around to some decisions in my spiritual life, and am starting to go back down the path i was on before God and I parted ways some 15 years ago. I absolutely love to cook, and am skilled at it (if I do say so myself) and love to do so as often as I can.
I am looking specifically for someone I can get to know first. I'm not interested in getting into a woman's pants the first time I meet them. I want something long term and meaningful. I want someone who knows what they want, and doesn't mind taking time to make sure its the right person for them. How fast that goes varies from person to person of course, but..I want depth, intelligent conversation, and real attraction. A woman who can talk and tell me who she is and why she's awesome, rather than just someone who believes they are with no substance. I love a woman who can smile her way past anything. A woman with values, and honesty. A woman that knows that being faithful is important, and treasures it as such. A woman who, regardless of -any- mistake that they've made, or me as well...that there is nothing that can't be worked past together, and faced up front. I posted before that I don't care about your past mistakes, or your religion, or cultural values or your politics...I accept people for who and what they are, and look for the same. None of us are perfect, nor do I expect someone else to be that way.
I guess in total...if you're looking for someone you can be friends with first, and see where the rabbit hole goes (as they say)...then i'm a good person to start with! I am looking more to start by email, or even phone at some point, and go from there. I travel back and forth from here in Chesterfield to the Northern Neck at times to visit family, so someone who likes the water is a plus.
