so I have decided that I am sick of being lonely and it's time to put myself out there once again. I am not posting here because I do not have the ability to meet guys when I go out, but meeting a guy in a bar, for me, rarely works. SO, here I am trying something new in high hopes.
I am not a San Diego native, I moved here in the summer of 2006 from Rochester NY where I attended college for 3 years, finding myself unhappy with my education and deciding to start over with the same major, Interior Architecture, at a private institute out here. I am an extremely hard worker, I ALWAYS do my best, whether it be in school or work, or in a relationship.
I love the outdoors, I try to be outside enjoying California as often as possible, but it would be nice to have someone to go on my little adventures with rather than alone.
I love horseback riding, camping, and hiking, I also love to draw and paint, I have three tattoos which are all of my own designs with more to come, i have 9 piercings, nothing on my face or tacky. I am kind of a blend between a tomboy and a girly girl, I love nice things, but I am FAR from materialistic. I grew up as an only child in a small town in western NY, so yes my parents have possibly spoiled me, but I have busted my butt in school to get to where I am today. I guess you could possibly call me a goody-goody, i will NEVER try any sort of drug, but i will drink in social settings, I have never been in trouble, and my family and education are the most important parts of my life currently. I love cars, especially muscle cars, i own 2 of my own. My goal in life is to someday open my own custom car shop here in sunny san diego with an all girl crew.
Im a bubbly person that can have fun staying in or going out, but I also have a serious side to me, I'm very respectful of everyone, and feel i am an extremely classy girl with a pinch of red neck :o)
i want a guy that is stable, and not for money reasons, I am sick of guys that cannot make up their minds on their goals, careers, or relationships, I am not ready to settle down per say, but I am ready to find someone that is more than a flash relationship, I'm ready to give myself to someone and care for them in the way I hope they will care for me.
I love a guy that takes care of himself, I am in great shape myself, I do not mean you need to have a perfect six pack or arms the size of my thigh, but i do want someone if i wrestle you, you will be pinning me, not the other way around. Also, I want to feel safe with a guy, safe in a way that i know they will defend my honor, as well as safe in the sense that they will not cheat or break my heart. I am an extremely open person, i expect the same.
I do like to go out and have fun, i dislike fancy dinners, and ritzy places, unless they are with a fun group... i am more into finding unique places to eat, drink and have fun. Hole in the wall restaurants and bars usually end up being my favorites... i do not drink girly fruity drinks, or liquor, i stick to my beer. Guiness and Blue Moon being my top two.
If you want to impress me, never bring me roses, i like fun, funky, and bright flowers on occasions that are actually no occasion at all. I also want someone that is fun in social situations, and will be open to meeting my family someday, they're a handful so i need someone that can handle a little harassment or sarcasm and can dish it right back. My family means the world to me, and i am a daddy's girl, so their opinions do matter, but ultimately it is my own. dont worry, my parents live in NY and are rarely around...
anyways, yes, a lot of information.. too much? perhaps... but their may be some genuine guy out there that is looking for someone like me. Of course I am a complicated individual, I'm a girl, but I promise, I'll make it fun ride getting to know me :o)
