What you see is what you get. Straightforward, honest, and genuine. My passion is learning and self-improvement and spending time with positive, happy, upbeat, growing people. This is why I started www.PositiveAtmosphere.com , a site to connect positive people and help them come together to improve their lives. Local meetings in Bellingham started February 2009! I'd love it if you would check out the site, and I'm totally open to input/comments/suggestions, thanks! I'm a Realtor ( http://www.helpinwhatcom.com ), born and raised in Bellingham. I work lots, work out, hang out with my dog, play basketball, just started playing soccer (lovin it) travel. I'm very grateful for life and all the wonderful people and experiences. I am working to be content, and live a peaceful and fun life. I love meeting other positive and passionate people, if that sounds like you, get in touch. I really believe that you create your own reality with your thoughts and feelings, and for that reason I try to be grateful and appreciative of all the wonderful things in my life. I also believe that we're all a part of the same whole. People (myself included) forget that at times, but we're all better off the more we act like we are one. My fave book right now is "A New Earth" by Eckhart Tolle, highly recommend it! I'm currently working to align my work life with my passion for learning and helping people, and to make my work fun and peaceful. I want to be enthusiastic about my work and laugh and grin as often as possible. I live in Bellingham, travel a lot, believe in honesty and being yourself, have a lot of growing to do. I believe that all people deserve love, respect, dignity, and that it's our obligation to give it to them and to ourselves. We are all connected, when you hurt someone else you hurt yourself, when you help someone else you help yourself. I have an awesome little dog named frog, he's a regal, a retriever/beagle, or a retarded beagle, whichever you prefer. I love meeting new positive/happy people, but I also spend a lot of time alone learning and thinking etc. I like stimulating/interesting conversations and I'm not big on small talk, gossip, and the "news". I love travel, it's my favorite pasttime. The people are the best part. Have been to sweden, thailand four times(it's my fav) , belize, costa rica three times, chile, argentina, antarctica, mexico for a day,united arab emirates, all over the u.s., lots more to come. I recently figured out that travel and vacation are two different things, one is relaxing and one often is not. I want to help create a peaceful world. I work hard and enjoy it most of the time. I'm a real estate investor, and keeping as much of it as possible for rentals, as in I'm a landlord. I help other people buy and sell property too. I want to live as long as possible, and be as healthy as possible. Ever heard of practical immortality? I'm excited about it. I want to be hundreds of years old. That may sound crazy now, but so did heart transplants and human flight 104 years ago. Einstein said "Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world." I'M OPTIMISTIC. Everyday I realize more and more that my life is what my thoughts (which lead to your actions) make it (yours is too). You get what you focus on, if you focus on problems, you'll have plenty of them, if you focus on gratitude, appreciation and abundance, you'll have more than you can handle, so you'll have to give it away! Gratitude is happiness and wealth, appreciate what you have and enjoy now (easier said than done) , while looking forward to tomorrow.
