Hey y'all. I'm a down home girl looking for a man who'll stand behind me and support me when I need his love and trust; a man who'll stand in front of me and make me feel safe; but most of all, I'm looking for a man who'll stand beside me through the adventures of our lives.
I'm shy around people I've never met before, but for those who take the time to get to know me will find I'm worth the time it takes. You'll find I'm fun to be around, I love to daydream, and am easy going but have no problem standing up for what I believe in. I'm also kind of a dork/geek/goof-ball...and proud of it! I'm both an outdoorsy and inside kinda person. I love doing things outside like camping, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding and exploring old places that have history to them. But, I also love to curl up with a good book and a good man. I have no problem taking a day to veg-out in front of a movie or television show.
I'm definitely not the kinda girl who counts calories, diets or counts points. I eat what I want, whenever I want. I love my body but don't waste life worrying about whether I'm eating too many carbs. Whatever those are. I'm not big into working out, either. It's been years since I've seen the inside of a gym or the flat top of a track, so don't ask me to start now.
One of the most important things about me is that I LOVE animals. I love working with them, exercising with them, rough housing with them and caring for them. While I'm neither vegan nor vegetarian (I love beef brisket and burgers too much for that), I'm not a fan of those who hunt animals for anything other than for food. If you hunt or fish merely for trophies, don't even bother contacting me. Not saying you've got to be a nature lover or anything, I just don't like the killing for animals for fun and sport. I swear I'm not a fanatic, it's just a personal preference.
Here are the qualities I'm looking for in a man:
loyalty, open-mindedness, sense of humor, manners, honesty, pride in himself, self confidence, romantic, kindness, caring, adventurous, spontaneous, fun, loving, respectful.
Those are the most important ones.

I just want to get to know y'all for who you are on the inside. Very cliche, yes I know. It happens to me quite a bit.
