I'm a down-to-earth gal looking for a real relationship. I love being outside and near the water. I try to keep active but I mix up my time with a good variety of pastimes. I'm as comfortable with a small group of my good friends as I am at home reading some great books in solitude. I do try to see the positive in things. It helps me get through the ups and downs in life. I love a good laugh. I'm pretty friendly and cheerful (most of the time!) and I've been told I'm really easy to talk to.
I moved around a lot growing up and as an adult, so I'm used to new surrounds and people. I think that's why I'm often shy at first as I get my bearings. It also has helped me develop an appreciation for variety. I was born in FL, have lived in Utah and briefly Idaho, and have been in MI for 20 years now. I studied Travel and Tourism at WMU and have enjoyed experiences as an event coordinator and activities director. I have two cats. I'm a family oriented person. I have never been married and have no children, but hopefully it's on the horizon for me eventually.
I'd like to find someone who is up to venturing out of their usual routine to try new things. There is so much to write here, but I'd rather chat it out in person.
