Flat out, I'm a geek. Its okay, you can relax. But if you take life personally, then my exotic sense of humor will probably offend you. I'm fascinated by many things like how random idiots I've encountered actually made it to that age without becoming fertilizer by which I mean all facets of human nature.
My perfect or even kinda near-perfect match would not consider me the purpose of his life or the center of his universe just as I would consider my life's work to be the center of my universe. We would be like two journeymen who while independently blazing through fresh and unfamiliar trails came to discover the other's trailblazing from afar then closer as their paths began curving into a parallel... their directions equal, their two destinations unequal yet joint components to a single impetus toward the same continuously present horizon they now fervently chase for this companionship has deepened their appreciation of the journey and enriched their definition of destination... and should either ever doubt their own values or achievements or the well-earned joy felt for life itself, they need only lift up their head and gaze forward to witness their paths curving inward through the distance until finally intersecting on the very horizon they chase where it collapses into a single path enveloped by a luminous warmth that can only be experienced through an epiphany on the supreme value of romantic love.
