| About Me |
I am most passionate about learning and enjoying what I do. I enjoy basketball and coached my college's women's club team. I love learning about new topics and ideas, and am always thinking of new ways to be creative and improve upon my situations. This includes learning new skills, meeting lots of new people, and making an ordinary situation extraordinary.
I love to teach. I strive to find little teaching opportunities. In high school, I tutored kids in SATs and several subjects. In college, I was the head coach of Women's Club basketball at my school. I am many of my friends' de facto financial advisor. I try to learn as much as I can about various topics I'm interested in. When I'm knowledgeable about a subject and someone seeks advice or I see an opportunity to help, I enjoy sharing my knowledge. I also truly enjoy a good meal. I love eating a delicious steak, fresh sushi, huge lobsters, and virtually anything that is cooked with skill. Perhaps my absolute greatest pleasure, however, is playing in a very competitive basketball game.
I enjoy going to the gym and make it a priority to exercise at least 4 times a week. I do some cardio work and lift weights afterward in a typical workout. Exercising is very important to me. I think the benefits are tremendous and I would definitely want my partner to view it the way I do. I think it is great to release the extra endorphins, to shape your body to a reasonable figure, and to be a healthy weight. Basketball is my favorite sport and one of my great passions, but enjoying the sport is not something I need my partner to share. I played varsity basketball in high school, won my college's intramural championship, and coached the women's club team. I want basketball to continue to be a part of my life, but I understand that going forward it will be in a limited role and not something I make a priority.
