| About Me |
I consider myself to be pretty open towards new people and cultures, and love to meet someone new. I like to keep myself busy and to feel accomplished, although I dream dreams that are quite...overly zealous and ambitious. I tend to be a little challenged as far as planning ahead, although I am trying to get a hold on that. I currently am taking a semester off from the College of William and Mary and my studies in Chinese and Environmental Policy (and hope to get some linguistics classes under my belt, as well) and am working for the U.S. Census and volunteering in my hometown community. I have quite a few ambitions in life, and I'm honestly nervous that I might not fulfill them all. I'd like to get a Ph.D., start a rock band (although I need to learn an instrument first), and manage a recycling business that I hope to take globally. I would also like to speak fluently as many languages as I can get my hands on, ideally one native to each continent.
In a partner, I love a sense of humor, a love of adventure and the ability to work hard and play hard. I like women who enjoy stimulating conversations and entertainment, who keep themselves in shape, respect the environment, and are politically libertarian or left-leaning. I enjoy being with people who are smart and ready to try new things, and love to be a tad mischevious.
