Hey! Ok so I originally did this as a dare... but after creating my profile and exchanging emails with a few people I decided it's not such a bad idea afterall. With my busy schedule I don't exactly have time to meet people (especially men), so why not see who I can meet through one of these cheesy internet dating sites? =)
A few fun facts about me: I change my hair (color/style) more than most people change their underwear. It's currently blonde, last month it was black...
I love love LOVE music, especially metal & punk & hardcore. Anything rock really... 80's & 90's buttrock, some newer rock (nothing too radio-ish), old classic rock, etc. Just rock in general. I despise rap!!! There's a few hiphop artists that I respect and even enjoy listening to... but for the most part I stay away from that genre of music.
Let's see, what else....? OH! Only the most important thing in my life: I have a son named Kaidon, he's 4 years old, and he's my world!!!
I am a full-time single mom, a full-time college student currently working toward my Ph.D. & I also work part-time as a tutor (specializing in sociology, psychology, writing, philosophy, computers, and a few others... so if you need a tutor in the mentioned areas, email me! =))
As I said, I am extremely busy and don't have much time to date. So I'm not exactly looking for a boyfriend... But I'm not looking to just "hook-up" either. To be honest, I don't know exactly what I'm looking for, if anything.
Anyhoo... I'm extremely artistic, and as you can see from my photos, I have tattoos; several actually, and I plan on getting a lot more.
I don't like TV, but I really enjoy reading. Movies are ok. I love philosophy. I love learning new things. And I love to be right (because I usually am.) =)
Oh, and I love love love the outdoors! My son and I go camping at every possible opportunity. (which, considering we live in oregon, means every summer. =)) I'm a real nature-lover whose very anti-littering and pro-recycling, reusing, reducing. We only have one earth, right? I once pulled my car over when I saw a teenage boy littering... I lectured him for a minute and told him to pick up his trash. He did... =)
I have a great sense of humor, I love to laugh & can be pretty goofy at times. However I'm responsible, motivated, & I always put my son & myself first. I'm very intelligent & strive to only associate with equally intelligent people. It may sound mean, but i honestly can't stand idiots... stupid people & my attitude toward them is perhaps my biggest issue in life. I'm working on it.
Anyhow, I think that's enough about myself.
