I grew up in Minnesota and moved to Florida about two years ago. I have a decent job, a car, and my own little place on the beach. I work full time so I do get pretty busy, but I do my best to make time for the important people in my life.
I'm not a super model nor am I anorexic skinny so if you're looking for the next winner of the Hawaiian Tropics bikini contest, I'm probably not the girl you're lookin for.
I have a lot to offer but not to just anyone. I believe that nothing is truly yours until you've earned it and that if you don't have to work for it, it's probably not worth keeping. I also believe that the little things are what keep a relationship alive; notes...smiles...a random call to say hello. I'm about as honest as it gets, sometimes brutally...and I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty. I would rather go fishing than shopping any day...especially at night. I don't like chocolate or anything sweet and I've been known to cuss like a sailor however I can bite my tounge should we be out to dinner with your parents or anywhere formal lol...I guess you could say I'm a sweet bad girl.
I grew up in the country and my heart will probably always be there but I absolutely fell in love with the water when I moved here. I want to learn to dive and I love to fish the Gulf considering I don't know anything about the local "wildlife" and it's all new to me. I know what I want out of life and I work hard for everything I have...I'm far from naive and I'm very intuitive. I'm a good girl with a great heart...and I'm often shy upon first meeting, however I warm up quickly. I'm not looking for someone to support me or pay my way. I'm independent and I'm very comfortable that way. I also think that lasting memories and experiences are more important than material possessions. I'd be completely satisfied living the rest of my life near the beach in flip flops...or on the boat fishin all day.
I like someone that'll keep me on my toes and challenge me. Someone that doesn't think if we wrestle they're going to break me. I like a person that's able to take a little schitt every now and then... I can dish it and I expect to get it back. I've always had a thing for tattoos although I dont have any myself yet. Also...MMA is one of my weaknesses. Someone that likes to shoot pool is a definite plus. I shoot on APA leagues every week and I like to play in my spare time as well.
But most importantly, I want an honest person that respects me. Someone that doesn't have to be entertained 24/7 and is ok with "uncomfortable silences" or just grabbing a few beers and sitting out on the water all night chatting about anything and everything. I'm looking for my best friend...not someone who's perfect, just someone who’s perfect for me.
I'm not looking to jump into anything. I just want to see who's out there...If something comes of it that's great, if not, at least I've made a friend. I hate the pressure of expectations...unlike some other women, I'm not looking to get married next week. If a guy is too pushy Im likely to turn away...I take my time getting to know someone. Friends first.
