I'm a former Iron Chef, was the disciple of Iron Chef Italian, Don Morimoto, and made my mark both on Japanese TV and internationally by being the only Iron Chef who killed my livestock live on TV, blindfolded with my bare hands.
I took up Martial arts at the age of 12 and travelled to Song Shan Shaolin Temple where my initiation consisted of simultaneously fighting 2 adult monks, a nun, a baby hippopatumus and an eel skin rug.
I'm a former Music Executive who has worked w/ legendary artists, from every musical genre such as The Ramones, Jimmy Cliff, Sun Ra, Albert Collins, Kanye West, Common, Fat Joe, De La Soul, KRS One, Mos Def, Eminem and Linkin Park. I've toured all over the world with some of the best musicians and left my creative mark on historic recording sessions.

What I do for a living is: I'm a Director at a Prominent Art Gallery in New York City. I spend my day consulting Museum Curators and Private Collectors about enriching their collections. I search the world for Valuable objects w/ Historical and Cultural significance in my field while championing the creative visions of up and coming artists who have something to say about what happens on our crazy planet.
