We have all heard that one must follow their dreams. I have dreams to move to Vegas and be successful. No, I do not want to be a show-girl or a professional gambler. What I plan to do in Vegas is much more challenging- I want to be a teacher. I not only love teaching others, I love learning. I am sure there are a few things you can teach me. : )
I am looking for a soul mate that lives in Las Vegas or would be willing to move to Las Vegas. I have been in love with that city since I took my first step off the plane and I am excited to be moving there. I would like to move there the summer of 2011 (or sooner), but I want to find a job and a place to live before I move. I am pretty optimistic that finding a teaching job there shouldn't be a problem. I graduated with my Elementary Education Degree in December 2010. For the time being, I am living in North Dakota.
I am patient, caring, loyal, optimistic, and love to help others without expecting something in return. I am also independent, self-confident, and determined. I think before I speak- which drives some people nuts. I would rather take time to think and contemplate, and form a rational response. Since we are on the topic of annoying others- one of my pet peeves is grammatical errors (I know I am not perfect either, in fact I am a horrible speller, but come on- use capitalization and punctuation! Maybe that is just the teacher in me. Oh, yeah, AND DON’T TYPE IN ALL CAPS! lol). I am sure someone is going to read through my profile and find several errors that I have made.lol.
I am looking forward to some of my options once I get to Vegas. I enjoy concerts, comedy clubs, Broadway performances, art exhibits, museums, ect. I am not so big on going to clubs and getting trashed, but I do enjoy going out once in a while and whooping it up on the dance floor or hitting a dive bar and meeting some interesting people. I enjoy being around others and socializing, but I also like to spend quiet nights at home. Maybe I can spend those quiet nights with you. We can watch some movies, have a glass of wine, and cuddle up on the sofa.I enjoy most music genre. Hip-hop, R&B, and Indie would be my favorite however. (Usher, Treyz Song, Pink, A Fine Frenzy, Flo Rida, Neon Trees, Cat Power, Jill Scott, Lykke Li, Lady Gaga, M. Ward, ect..) It really depends on my mood and what the top hits are at the time.
I am looking for someone to share my life with. I want someone that is trustworthy, honest, attractive, educated, productive(in that I mean, someone that has a job), and that will want children in the future. I am ok if they already have children, as long as they want more. It would also be nice if they believed in a Higher Power. God has provided me with many miracles and I am blessed.
I know what I want and I am not afraid to ask for it.I am a hopeless romantic. Lol. I like to surprise my man with little random gifts or special evenings, just to let them know that they are important to me and that I care about them- actions speak louder than words.
