Just a lady into Sci-Fi, Blogging, Twitter, Action movies, poetry, writing, 80's Pop and Rock (I love me a good rock ballad), HTML, Bones (the show), and Dr. Who....ohhhh and comic books...got a couple of pics of me at the Comic Book convention here in NY. I work as a Computer Teacher and I LOVE TECHNOLOGY!! I think it is my version of how some women buy shoes...LOL XBOX, HDTV, SURROUND SOUND, SELF BUILT COMPUTER, MAC PRO, IPHONE, CAMCORDER, MUSIC RECORDING EQUIPMENT!!!! It's my weakness...LOL but besides that, I like having fun, reading, music (anything I can dance to), and love my kiddies!!!
Just looking for a dude who doesn't mind being friends and knows how to chill, listen, talk about the ComicCon, likes Sci-fi, and has a quirky sense of humor...basically a guy guy...lol..whatever that means...I like to watch TV (BBC is a fav in my house), surf the net, read comics, play video games, read (not as much as I used to since the kids arrived 9 years ago LMAO). A night at home can be just as fun!

What am I looking for?
A guy who understands that though I may not have enough time to just stop an hang out, I will always aknowledge him by texting him or calling...I will always send a note through and expect the same...I am looking for someone who understands that a single mom is NOT going to drop everything just because he wants to go somewhere tonight...someone who knows that a night in is just a s special as a night out sometimes....especially if that's all I have time for...
I am looking for someone who knows I have to get to know him first before I hand out my phone number or meet him... I am looking for someone who likes a good action film and talking smack about bad horror films... I like a guy who doesn't smoke (cigs or "otherwise")..a guy who doesn't have to drink to have fun...and someone who can teach me somethings I don't know...
