OK, update time, I'm almost done doing all of the work on the interior of the house. Painting, plumbing, electrical, tile and backsplash, still want to put in some custom wood flooring. Reclaimed barn wood and boxcar wood, it's going to be awesome.
I have to tell you that I am a very busy dude. I work an average 60-75 hours a week. I am restoring a house that is over 130 years old. I do have 2 kids, 1 each with 2 different lesbian couples.
