What I am like:
I am a very intense, highly intelligent, outgoing, and loving individual. I am inspiringly passionate about what I love in life (my research, my friends, love, and the Universe), and am very introspective and contemplate deeply what I say before I say it. I am also very inquisitive.
What I am currently doing in my life:
I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, with minors in Psychology and (eventually) Physics. My dream is to earn a Master of Science degree and a Ph.D. in Mathematics, and then do something fulfilling with my degrees--either teaching, doing research, and advising graduate students as a university professor, or being a professional tutor, or doing something interesting working in the science industry.
Who/what I am looking for:
I am looking for a man to settle down with--to love and to cherish for not just the rest of this life, but for the rest of all of my lives. I want to marry and have children, or stepchildren, with my future husband, and live a long, happy, satisfied and fulfilled life with my family.
I am looking for a man in the academic or science industry, who is intellectual, intelligent, and shares my values and beliefs about religion, nature, and the Universe; shares my silly, sarcastic, and obscure sense of humor; shares my deep and religious appreciation of the Scientific Method and conducting experiments to determine causality; shares my belief in the Life Between Lives, soulmates, and consummate love; is financially stable; and is able to support me emotionally. I also want to be able to talk about anything with my partner; communication, trust, love, honesty, loyalty, and integrity are the most important aspects to me in a relationship.
What types of books/authors I enjoy:
I love to read Dan Brown, author of "The Da Vinci Code" and "The Lost Symbol". Isaac Asimov and William Sleator are my favorite sci-fi authors. Dr. Robert Zubrin, founding president of the Mars Society, has some great books about sending humans to Mars. I also love reading books about mental illness and brain dysfunction, and books about relationships and sexuality.
What/who are some of my favorite movies/films/actors:
Tom Hanks is by far my favorite actor, followed by Robin Williams, Harrison Ford, Johnny Depp, and Richard Gere. Julia Roberts and Angelina Jolie are my favorite actresses.
What kind of music moves me:
I love listening to soft/light rock from the 60s through today. I am a devoted listener of love songs with Delilah every night from 7pm to midnight. I also enjoy new age, Celtic, orchestral/symphonic music (marches are great), classic rock, and some pop. Honkey-tonk, Bayou, and folk (and folk-rock) are awesome, too.
What really makes me smile:
Compliments which are especially heartfelt, well thought-through, and unique to me and my personality and capabilities.
