Hmmm… Describe myself and what I’m looking for… Haha I’m not sure how to describe myself And I wish I knew what I was looking for… A part in one of my favorite books, Sometimes A Great Notion, comes to mind though. In the book, the guy asks the girl what she wants out of life, besides the usual stuff, and she says she wants to mean something to someone, to be their somebody… Haha and I like that so I guess I’m looking for my somebody. In the book, the guy asks the girl how she’ll know when her somebody comes along. She says, “I won’t… He will.” Pretty romantic, huh? I guess I would describe myself as romantic, and maybe more romantic than the book, because I think my somebody will know that I’m hers as much as I will know that she’s mine. We’ll know because we’ll laugh and have fun and feel comfortable with each other. We’ll know because we’ll have enough of the same tastes and interests and passions to naturally enjoy each other’s company, but enough different ones to feel confident that we will always challenge and complement each other… Haha, speaking of passions (and pipedreams), one of mine is writing. While I’m not working mowing lawns for a lawn maintenance company here in Missoula, I am spending a lot of my time working on my first novel (or finding inspiration for it in friends, literature, films, and music: a few other passions of mine). Above all, my passion is love and, someday, a family. Until that day comes I am only looking to meet somebody… to see if they are my somebody If not, I hope there never to be any hard feelings, because I am always looking for friends, even if they will never be my best friend, that somebody who will grow old and be a kid again with me… Haha lastly I’m looking for somebody who doesn’t hate my rambling writing Cheers!
