First and foremost, I'm brutally honest! I'm a pretty blunt and straight forward kinda guy, and I appreciate the same in a woman. I like someone who is comfortable in their own skin and doesn't mind being who they are. I'm a really laid back, chill kinda guy who loves to laugh and talk and have a good conversation. A great sense of humor is a complete must. I like to go out but I'm pretty much past the whole club scene and that whole vibe. I still like to go out to a few local sports bars, have a few drinks with good friends, listen to some live music and have a good time.
I have an American Bully who is like my kid, he's the best room mate and couch companion in the world. So an animal lover is a must. He's a pretty good size but he has the best personality in the world!
I enjoy the summertime and love going to the beach or lake, when I have time that is. I work some crazy hours but I also have a lot of play time to.
Cooking or grilling out, a good patio sports bar and good company are a few of my favorite things. I listen to a wide variety of music so I can't just pick a certain type and say "that's my favorite" cause I like a little of everything.
I'm a very independent person and would consider myself to be stubborn and hard headed at times for sure. Don't get me wrong, I can be swayed and I usually end up having a blast at whatever I do. I have a few really close friends who I love to spend time with and hang with when I can. One thing I have noticed as I have gotten older is that your true friends get thinner and thinner and you really find out who is important in your life.
I would like to find someone who I can have fun with, talk to and communicate with. Someone who can appreciate just hanging at home and chilling on the couch with a good movie and a few drinks. I love a good glass of wine or the occasional vodka drink. I think a good relationship should not be a struggle and should not be full of drama. Ive had those relationships and they tend to wear you down at a rapid rate. So I'm just looking for someone to connect with and have fun and see where it goes.
I would really like to go back to school and finish my degree at some point in the near future.
