The story of my life is quite inconsequential , I am an engineer by trade and mentality(basically a need to know how things work with some ADD thrown, oooh a blue jay!). I love to tinker with stuff, and have been known to spend lots of time and energy on something to enable me to be lazy later!
I recently purchased a house and have been renovating it which has provided me with tons of small projects(like my new fish tank! YAY), which has been fun but slow going. Plenty of stories and injuries from that, including my contractor fleeing the country mid job! But its just about done, and now Im stuck with trying to decorate. Lets just say a female point of view would be a good thing there.
I am into cars, saltwater fish, movies, music(mostly trance at the moment, but I listen to just about anything but country), and travel(must to go the beach soon before I wither away!) I am addicted to the ocean, and this seems to rub off on people who are around me. I am very family oriented, and me and my friends are very close.
I am good with numbers and logistics, but my abilities are lacking when it comes to spelling and grammar. But hey thats why we have spell check!
Im pretty much a smart a** with an odd sometimes over the top sense of humor, which can be rather amusing when I look around frantic saying "holy crap I lost my jew gold!" I am of the mindset that if you can't make fun of yourself you have no right to make fun of others. I tend to be pretty laid back and don't let much get to me, because hey if you can't do anything about it, no point letting it get to you. I am a very "go with the flow" kind of guy when I dont much care/mind, but I am still very driven to get things done. I am really not one for small talk, but I love having a good conversation or telling/listening to the stories of peoples lives.
Some fun facts, I actually like to cuddle, I can fold a kind size fitted sheet all by my self! I simply dont care about sports, at all. I like catching a game or tailgating with friends, but past that I just dont care. I like hitting the town and grabbing a drink with friends just as much as staying in and watching a movie. Anything that allows me to relax after a busy day. And I do get the usual bug up my butt to get out and do something fun 
I value an open mind, good sense of humor, independence and simply being genuine. So if that sounds like you we will get along great.
