| About Me |
So I started this five years ago right after my divorce and didn't really pay much attention to it to be honest. I wanted to be ready to date, but I really wasn't. Now I definitely am. I'm still a bit of a nutcase, can't really hide that. I still look like my picture exactly, well except I did get new glasses. I do still have that GNR T-shirt and still wear it, which hey by the way, I went to see them in concert finally last year and OMG I'm so happy about that!! Um, yeah, that tells you not that much about me. I'm a bit antisocial to be perfectly honest. I work at home, have a very small circle of friends, and have limited opportunity to meet new people. I want to meet people, but I always feel awkward doing it, even at 43. I'm looking for long term, but I firmly believe in building a foundation of friendship first.
I did put in an age range, but the truth is that I don't put a lot of stock in age. It's just a number after all. After a certain age it really doesn't matter one way or the other. I want the connection, no matter the age, 30 or 80. Well, I could say something crude about 80 but I won't. I will say that I'm young enough to want THAT to work at the very least lol. Damn so I guess I did after all. Ah well.
