My name is Arel Johnson and I'm 18. I have one son and he is the main part of my life; he is my everything. I live with my parents still, yet one day soon I hope to move out on my own of with roommates. I am primarily focused on trying to get a job to support my son so that I don't have to rely on others to buy his everyday needs.
I have graduated high school and I am looking forward into getting into college to get my degree and hopefully start working my dream job; yet I have no idea what my dream job would entail. I will either pursue a career in teaching, musical theater or baking, yet I have had trouble deciding on which I would prefer since they all sound wonderful to me.
I am a mix of Irish, Scottish, German and Welsh. I absolutely love the culture of Ireland and Scotland, so I mainly lean toward learning more about those two cultures even though I am more German than any of the others.
I have been to church and I would say that I am a Lutheran, but I'm not too serious about my religion. I have never been baptised and would not mind changing religions if I found the right person that I would want to spend the rest of my life with, although I would definitely need to agree on the beliefs of the religion.
I can tell you straight off the bat that I am looking for a long-term relationship. You know, where you start off as friends first and see where it ends up from there? I prefer those sorts of relationships way more than just a short-term relationship or a one-time fling. One other thing, if you are interested in a relationship with me, you must get to know my son. If you are interested in me, you must be interested in my son.
If I had to choose five words to describe myself, they would be loyal, caring, hard-working, sensitive and wild (in some ways, such as I can be mature one moment and childish the next, yet in small doses).
