I'm an honest and sincere guy looking to make new friends or perhaps even meet that "special someone". I love to laugh and make endless jokes, although I may be a little reserved at first - don't let that fool you.
I enjoy working on and restoring old trucks (I drive a 1965 Chevy) as well as old tractors. Music is a big part of my life. I like Warren Haynes, Ryan Adams, The Milk Carton Kids and a lot more - my tastes are pretty varied and can go from contemporary to things that go waaaaaay back and span across several genres. I'm a self-taught guy in most the things I do - I play guitar (and have quite a few of them, in addition to a banjo and mandolin) and enjoy repairing them nearly as much as playing them. I've also tinkered with other instruments (pianos, keyboard, etc.)
I like to learn about things that catch my interest and go on to try and master them - it's how I've acquired most the skills that I have. I also enjoy photography and can sketch pretty well (if you can get me to do it!) and went through a bit of a lumberjack phase for a while (I love cutting trees and collecting old timey saws and hand tools.) I can do some pretty nice woodworking too. I like things from the past, but am also pretty good at techy things as well.
