Summarizing me is more than a little complicated. I've been told that I'm a bit of an enigma. Even to myself, apparently. I have a very active, open and inquisitive mind. INFP, for those of you familiar with the Myers-Briggs. I am creative and contemplative. I love to laugh, but my sense of humor isn't for everyone.
I also love interpersonal connection. That means that I like to talk about shit. It does not, however, mean talking about my hair or going shopping. Not my thing. I'm really not a typical chick. I am something of a saphiophile. But the sort of intellect that I find appealing goes beyond what you learned in school. Sarcasm and an occasionally dark mind are also appealing to me.
I am passionate about history and genealogy. I also love psychology and philosophy. And good beer at little hole-in-the-wall bars with a pool table and a great music selection. And good company.
