About Me

I'm a laid back, transplant from California (Bay Area). I've been in Orlando for 8 years and working at a large hospitality company.

I tend to dress casually (t shirt and slacks or jeans).I do have some formal attire but would probably need some guidance from my significant other as to what its a current fashion.

I own my own home and enjoy planting vegetable garden and fresh herbs. I also enjoy wine (mostly reds which isn't too surprising considering I grew up so close to Napa and Sonoma vallys) and cooking.

when I exercise its usually riding a bike (although i do own and rowing machine and other equipment). I have ridden as much as 88 miles for the american diabetes Association "Tour de Cure" annual fundraiser. However the last couple of years I've fallen out of shape and put on a more weight.one of my new year's resolutions is to exercise more and eat more healthy.

I tend to be socially liberal and more moderate in other matters.

although I have a strong Jewish identityI was never formally given much indoctrination and therefore I'm not terribly religious.

I think I'm empathetic and warm but I can be very shy until I get to know someone.I've also been accused of being too cerebral, but coming from a family of engineers I guess that's to be expected.

I'm also somewhat of an adrenaline junkie and particularly enjoy high performance driving.

basically I'm looking for someone to share my life with since most of my family lives in California and I'm tired of being lonely and celibate.

I also learned a long time ago and that the personality (inner beauty) of my potential mates is far more important to me than external appearance. I also tend to focus on the aspects I like rather than looking for flaws. I've met some very attractive women that I had no interest and because they lacked that inner beauty. I've also met people with such a stunning that I was attracted to them regardless of their appearanceappearance.

I recently met someone and have gone on a couple of dates if things continue to go well I'm probably off the market.
