It would depend on
-- one's sense of propriety
-- one's sense of self-esteem
-- one's sense of morality and/or faith
Personally, I'd say absolutely wrong.
I don't care if we "hit it off" or felt a compelling and intense attraction (mutual or otherwise), I would neither respect myself OR her afterwards if we had given in to that temptation.
There are those who, no doubt, disagree, and they can rationalize it anyway they wish, including "mutual consenting adults" can do whatever they please... or people should "go with the flow" so long as no one else is harmed/injured. That's their prerogative.
Just the same, the fact that one would ASK the question "Is it wrong....?" suggests to me there is at least DOUBT on the part of the OP. Otherwise, the purpose in asking the question is, itself, questioned.

The essence of wrong or right do not apply to this situation due to the fact that sexual actions are seen in various different ways by different people and cultures, but In my own personal opinion, not to be taken is fact or truth, it makes the woman(or man depending on the sexual orientation of the situation) seem easy and leaves no sense of how do you say self respect, also for the man receiving it, it shows he has a lack of respect for you and will most likely not ever respect you in the way a person should respect someone he is dating. Point being you should always wait sometime before entering into any sort of intimate interactions with some whether it is a "Blow Job" or otherwise. Respect one another and appreciate each other beyond what is your bodies and their sexual needs or desires. But then again it also depends on what kind of date this was and what went on during this date.
In conclusion; no one can tell you whether this action is wrong or right it is solely up to you and how it makes you feel. Just be ready for what ever possible consequences may come of it, physical, biological, and/or emotional.
