I'm looking for a recipe for a pot roast cooked in a crock pot. All I know is it had worchestershire sauce, and onion powder instead of onions. Plus the roast potatoes and carrots.

Not bad, Jazzy, but add 1/4 tsp ground cumin, you'd be surprised at the difference.
I like my brisket slow cooked for 12 hours in the oven overnight.
And that's not fat..... that's flavor!!
