Back during the great depression, Herbert Hoover ordered the deportation of ALL illegal aliens in order to make jobs available to American citizens that desperately needed work. Harry Truman deported over two million illegal aliens after WWII to create jobs for Returning veterans. In 1954 Dwight Eisenhower deported 13 million Mexicans. The program was called Operation Wetback. It was done so WWII and Korean War veterans would have a better chance at jobs. It took two years, but they deported them! Now, if they could deport the illegal aliens back then, they could surely do it today. If you have doubts about the veracity of this information, enter Operation Wetback into your favorite search engine and confirm it for yourself. Why, you might ask, can't they do this today? Actually the answer is quite simple. Hoover, Truman, and Eisenhower were men of honor, not self-serving politicians looking for votes! If Jesus wants to be a significant part of your life, He better call for gay marriage and a carbon tax first. 7) It's better to bankrupt a city like Detroit, cause the deaths of millions in Africa by banning DDT, or destroy the American health care system with Obamacare than to be called "mean" for choosing policies based on whether they work or not. 8) Not only should you go ahead and covet your neighbor's possessions, you should encourage other people to do it, too. Then, you should call for the government to take their possessions and redistribute them. After they get done, there may not be much of anything left, but then you'll all be equally poor and miserable and there's a lot to be said for that. 9) Disagreeing with a black Democrat? Racist. Opposing Affirmative Action? Racist. Think we pay out too much in welfare and food stamps? Racist. Don't like the IRS? Racist. Republican? Racist. Wait, what are we talking about? Racist! 10) Money is no object -- taxpayer money, of course, not your own. Your money, you want to keep. But, when other people's money is on the line, it's worth spending any amount, no matter how large, to achieve any good, no matter how small.

The marchers gathered in the #PoliceLivesMatter parade in memory of murdered Harris County Sheriff’s Deputy Darren Goforth and in support of all police. The large group of supporters marched along a 4.5 mile section of the Sam Houston Parkway. Police closed off the feeder roads to make room for the marchers and to ensure safety. Houston Police Sergeant J.K. Richard joins in the family oriented march for #PoliceLivesMatter. Today, over 8.000 people showed up, based on the number of blue shirts we have given away,” Sherrod said. “I have never seen anything like this response, but then, we are Texans and we don’t stand for our cops being murdered.” Marchers began gathering about 8:30 a.m. on Houston’s northwest side for the march that wouldn’t kick off until 10:00. The moment finally came and the crowd joined in prayer, the Pledge of Allegiance and the National anthem. They heard from some police officers and other organizers and radio personalities and then it began. The army of blue joined in singing The National Anthem. The crowd’s voice was suddenly drowned out by the rumble of hundreds of motorcycles whose riders had come to join in the march. They led off the parade and were followed by another long train of jeeps, trucks and other SUV’s carrying flags and “Thin Blue Line” flags, banners and signs. Hundreds of thundering motorcycles kicked off the 8,000 man march. Then came the sea of blue shirts that said “Police Lives Matter” on the front and “United We Stand – Goforth with No Hate” on the back. The blue army of 8,000 men, women, children, and dogs, began marching west along the tollway feeder for their march that would continue for four and one-half miles. The 8,000 man army of blue begins its march on the Sam Houston Parkway in Houston. During Deputy Goforth’s funeral, a story was told about Darren Goforth buying a pair of Captain America shirts for him and his son. He intended for them to wear them together. They never got to wear them until the day of Goforth’s funeral. Darren wore his shirt under his uniform, and his young son wore his under his jacket. Marcher gives thumbs up to Captain America. Dozens of marchers donned the Captain America colors to tell the Goforth family he is not forgotten. Real Warriors Wear Blue. .....compare that to this....

In Hebrew, Rosh Hashanah means, literally, “head of the year.” It occurs on the first and second days of the month of Tishri, which falls during the months of September and October on the Gregorian calendar. This is the start of the Ten Days of Penitence, also called the Days of Awe, which end with Yom Kippur. The holidays of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur are often referred to as the High Holy Days, and many Jews consider them so important that even if they observe no other festivals in the year, at this time they will go to the synagogue, partake of a festive meal, and recite the prayers and blessings. The Biblical name for this holiday is Yom Teruah “day of shouting/raising a noise” or the Feast of Trumpets. Rosh Hashanah is a two-day celebration and customs include sounding the “shofar” (a hollowed-out ram’s horn) and eating symbolic foods such as apples dipped in honey to evoke a “sweet new year.” The “shofar” is a ram’s horn, which is blown somewhat like a trumpet. One of the most important observances of this holiday is hearing the sounding of the “shofar” in the synagogue. A total of 100 notes are sounded each day. The sound reminds Jews of their history and the covenant between the people of Israel and God. As today begins “Rosh Hashanah,” we want to wish Israel a very “Happy New Year”! Here are seven key facts the White House is leaving out when it talks about the deficit: 1) The Annual Budget Deficit is Falling, but It’s Still Big, and It’s Still Adding to the Total National Debt. The budget deficit is the amount that the government spends over its annual collection of taxes. Yes, it has fallen — it was $1.4 trillion in 2009, and was $483 billion in 2014. But that $483 billion is huge. For example, it’s just a bit lower than the entire Defense budget for the current fiscal year. And that still adds to the national debt, which now stands at $18 trillion. 2) Obama’s Lowest Budget Deficit is Still Higher Than George W. Bush’s Biggest Deficit. President Bush was seen by many as a big spender who squandered a rare budget surplus. But according to the Office of Management and Budget, Bush’s highest annual budget deficit was $458 billion. That’s still $25 billion less than Obama’s lowest deficit: $483 billion in the just-finished 2014 fiscal year, and several years into what Obama himself has called an economic recovery. So for all of Obama’s boasting this week, Obama still hasn’t managed to preside over a deficit that’s lower than Bush’s highest deficit. 3) Real Credit for the End of $1 Trillion-plus Budget Deficits Belongs to the End of the Great Recession, and Renewed Republican Pressure to Keep Spending Down. Bush and Obama together created the huge, $1.4 trillion deficit that emerged in 2009, thanks to the bank and auto bailouts under Bush, and the huge stimulus and extended auto bailouts under Obama. As the crisis receded, it was House Republicans that finally forced some spending reductions through passage of the Budget Control Act. That pressure from the House led to reduced overall spending for two years in a row, in 2012 and 2013. That, combined with a growing economy and growing tax revenues over those years, nearly cut the budget deficit in half by 2013. 4) Obama Was Opposing Those Spending Reductions Year After Year. While House Republicans were putting their foot down on spending, Obama was proposing even more spending in his annual budget proposals. Since 2011, Obama has proposed spending between $3.7 and $3.8 trillion each year, more than $200 billion more per year than what was actually spent in those years. Those proposals fly in the face of Obama’s boast that his own actions are helping to reduce the deficit. A few of Obama’s budget proposals received votes in the House and were rejected unanimously, by both Republicans and Democrats. 5) Obama Has Rejected GOP Proposals to Eliminate the Deficit and Start Paying Down the Debt. In 2012, when some Republicans were proposing a plan to balance the budget in 10 years, GOP members argued that none of Obama’s plans would ever balance, and that Obama was rejecting any attempt to finally balance the budget. That charge is confirmed by Obama’s own budget documents. His budget proposal for 2015 foresees deficits that average $500 billion per year for the next decade, a recipe for adding $5 trillion more to the national debt over that time period. That assumes very optimistic increases in tax receipts that Obama assumes would increase $200 or $300 billion per year. 6) Other Analysts Say the Deficit is About to Get Worse. About those optimistic estimates on tax receipts? They’re not shared by the Congressional Budget Office. CBO says the government will collect $40.2 trillion over the next decade, not the $43.8 trillion Obama anticipates. And that means annual trade deficits that won’t stay in the $500 billion range, as Obama hopes. Instead, CBO sees the deficit rising again to more than $600 billion by 2019, and nearly $1 trillion by 2024. 7) Total National Debt Will Nearly Double Under Obama. When Obama took office, the national debt was $10.6 trillion. As of January 2015, it stood at just over $18 trillion. If the budget deficit stays around $500 billion a year for the next two years, as expected, total debt will exceed $19 trillion by the time Obama leaves office.

But unlike the rest of Hollywood, he is 100% anti-abortion in all cases, and for a VERY good reason. As he explained in a classic interview, it was only due to the moral character of his grandmother and mother that kept him from being aborted. In 1937 his mother was young – only 17 years old – and as a showgirl dancer, having a child would have been an incredible burden. Jack was raised by his maternal grandparents, John Nicholson and Ethel May. He believed they were his real parents until 1974, when he learned the truth after June Francis, his birth mother, died of cancer. As he explained to Rolling Stone: I’m very contra my constituency in terms of abortion because I’m positively against it. I don’t have the right to any other view. My only emotion is gratitude, literally, for my life. This short statement is full of humility, wisdom, and courage. Note that he says, “I don’t have the right to any other view.” He has understood, thanks to the knowledge that his own life almost never happened, that life is a gift for which we should all feel gratitude. His willingness to vocally oppose abortion in the face of Hollywood and his own political party is inspiring and should be encouraged. It is no exaggeration to say that on Sundays in Washington during the administrations of Thomas Jefferson (1801-1809) and of James Madison (1809-1817) the state became the church. Within a year of his inauguration, Jefferson began attending church services in the House of Representatives. Madison followed Jefferson's example, although unlike Jefferson, who rode on horseback to church in the Capitol, Madison came in a coach and four. Worship services in the House--a practice that continued until after the Civil War--were acceptable to Jefferson because they were nondiscriminatory and voluntary. Preachers of every Protestant denomination appeared. (Catholic priests began officiating in 1826.) As early as January 1806 a female evangelist, Dorothy Ripley, delivered a camp meeting-style exhortation in the House to Jefferson, Vice President Aaron Burr, and a "crowded audience." Throughout his administration Jefferson permitted church services in executive branch buildings. The Gospel was also preached in the Supreme Court chambers. Jefferson's actions may seem surprising because his attitude toward the relation between religion and government is usually thought to have been embodied in his recommendation that there exist "a wall of separation between church and state." In that statement, Jefferson was apparently declaring his opposition, as Madison had done in introducing the Bill of Rights, to a "national" religion. In attending church services on public property, Jefferson and Madison consciously and deliberately were offering symbolic support to religion as a prop for republican government.
