Karl Rove is a master at psychological manipulation. I try to watch a couple of shows on Fox. Between Fox, Rove, and the conservative op-eds, the republican voters feel Romney is a sure winner.
Keep checking Nate Silver, he is very accurate.

Thanks for the info. The Democratic strategists are hard edge, too. This one they not going to lose. I also check Intrade (on the Chicago conservative leaning RCP page), Obama was going swiftly from the 70 point spread he had weeks ago before his debacle. It's now around 19, 20 and seems to have bottom out.
