Im sending my pics thru the email thats given but it still wont upload my pics i cant download any apps to my phone & have absolutly no way of gettin to a computer can anyone at all please help ???

The cellphone is probably one that is not compatible with DH pic uploading. Go to your public library and upload your pic from there directly to the site. Read the other threads here concerning this same issue.

I keep getting Runtime Error when I try to post graphics or music this
morning...was working fine last night..
At least until the "maintenance" thing happened...site was shut down for a while.

As I " advised " previously..
my " predictions " for DH since new owners..
( some ALREADY taken place )
NO more music posting..
LIMITED posting in forums,
HARSH and immediate " actions " for those not politically correct,
more advertising utilizing more REQUIRED personal data/info,
NO more " input "from members about " improving DH,
and as with POF, CS, OKcupid, Match, etc., etc..
only the fakes, scammers, 
and your credit card info will be REAL..

So will it mean that no one can post music or photos in forums or you have to pay for additional privileges to do so?
As it now stands, NO one can post music..
one can still post pictures, gif, animations, jpg, etc. in forums
but html is severely restricted..
As stated in my previous post.. MONEY is what counts..
and like every other date type site..
First.. get you here.. no matter how..
SECOND.. get you to LIKE some feature..
THIRD.. get your money..
I am neither the boss, owner, etc.. just a member like you..
But I have seen THIS transformation MANY times before..

The site's old servers in California crashed. There was an emergency maintenance to transfer the site over to the new servers we have been building. There are still a few issues to work out because we had to move the site ahead of schedule.
You may notice that the server is on a new IP, and is much, much faster. Some things are not working for some members, and we're looking into those issues. Many have already been fixed. We hope to have all of the remaining issues fixed quickly.

Seems as if everything is working fine, from my perspective.
What kind of "pic" posting is everybody complaining about?
The OP, Alicia, was asking about posting "graphics & music" in the threads, not "photos".
Some of the other posters have asked about "uploading" pics. Which is an off-topic post.
So what do we have here? A failure to communicate?

Your statement "OFF A COMPUTER" ~~ does that mean 'you are NOT on a computer'? OR 'you ARE, also, using a computer'? (I'm old, sweety. So be patient with me. Sometimes the way you kids talk just boggles my mind. )

The email address which is given in the My Photos section has never worked, to my knowledge. I have experimented with it myself, on several ocassions, when attempting to upload pics from my cellphone to the site (directly & via the DH email address & via the DH email address using my off-line email account). Nothing! The pics uploaded into the ethernet world (I received confirmation) but they were never received by DH.
I know that MOST cellphones ARE NOT compatible with uploading pics to the DH site via ANY method. (Again, to my knowledge, only 3 or 4 cellphone brands are actually capable of uploading pics from the cellphone to the site.)
Using a computer ~~ uploading of pics to the site should not be an issue, if:
1) the computer user has the appropriate addressing available in order for the DH system to retrieve the data from the correct pathway [hint: if the user has entered erroneous data for their computer (i.e.: code modification) then the DH site security may be blocking transmission of corrupted data
2) the pics meet the criteria for pic uploading as per DH rules and regulations (no nudity, face shot, pixel size)
3) the user may upload pics as long as the user is NOT on site restrictions (e.g.: violations of DH rules)
SUGGESTION:
Clear your cookies cache ... Sign off the site (DO NOT have the Remember Me feature enabled [checked]) ... Sign back onto the sight ... try to upload the pic(s) again ... [be sure your computer IP data matches the info you have provided for your specific location]
Let me know if this fixes your problem.

..... If you are using a computer to try to upload pics, then read the answer I just provided Nate in this thread.
..... If you are using a cellphone you may be SOL .....

I'm. on myAndroid, not computer. uploading pics has been working great. I turned Ph off last nite for a min % then back on. haven't been able to do pics since......I've tried the email way & reg way........what's up??

Thanks, Ocell ~~~ but if one IS NOT using a SmartPhone (4 brands, I believe) ... the cellphone WILL NOT upload pics to DH. (However, adding a caveat, I have not tried to upload pics with MY cellphone since the DH app upgrade was recently tweaked.)

Then you are uploading a pic and the system is blocking the pic for violating site restrictions. Choose another photo which meets DH rules and try again.

Same, I've been trying to upload pics of myself but it won't let me post it send, but I was able to do so 2 days ago, I'm uploading from my iphone4s I've never had a problem uploading till now, tried my friends iPhone 5, and signed on to my account and tried to upload a pic of myself from his phone but I couldn't kept getting message such as I reached the max limit but I only have 3, and that I can't upload a pic because its already uploaded or that it was disapproved to try uploading another
