I'm trying this new thing called myfitnessplan it's an app on my phone and a website. This thing is a calorie counter and tracks progress. It's pretty cool but I'm having trouble sticking with it. Is there someone out there that will do it with me? This way we can help each other

I exercise everyday and eat less but I can't loss a lb and my family thinks imma be fat my whole life I always been big Becuz I love food why does food got to have so much fat

i'm not on that program but go to a club called t.o.p.s. take off pounds senitable. they are all over the usa. they help you. buy having members call each other.

Sounds like you have problems staying motivated.
Post a picture of what you want to look like on your phone or frig. and refer to it alot.
Maybe you are bored with your food choices. Try some new recipes. Maybe that might help.
Maybe you are bored with your exercise. Try something new in the gym or at the park. Maybe that might help.
Instead of using the cell phone to track your calories. Maybe it's easier for you to use a small notebook to annotate your calories. I dunno.
My motivation right now: I don't wanna be a "fat, out of shape mommy of two". I want to show my kids that you can be 40 something and still look good.

You cannot out lift/run an unhealthy diet. Keep that in mind. Start talking to someone at your gym, or maybe someone else thats at the park or running outside. Makes friends and see if they want to be your partner. But just because you have no one to count your calories or track your progress with, doesnt mean you need their help. Its not about them its about you, and your fitness goals. There are no excuses, and this may be the hard truth to some of you, when it comes to fitness, either youre lazy and dont train or eat right, or you get out, kick your own a** everyday and do whats right, not easy

I have it on my phone. I tend to keep forgetting to do my daily entries but I keep on going with my diet.
