What i saw two years ago scared me more than all the other experiences combined. The funny part is i was going 25mph in the safety of my car. Midnight driving home from fishing there it was 30ft off the road, standing looking right at me. My foot came off the gas as i coasted by it slowly turned and walked away. My first thought was to stop hit reverse crank the wheel and hit it with the brights. I tried but i couldnt hairs stood up chill down spine overwhelming nausea and foot hit gas. Couple miles away i stopped and got my wits back. It was 7ft+ 350lbs+ long brownish hair head to toe. When it turned i saw hips rotate arms swing and right leg in motion. I could see the mass and power of it as it casually dissapeared.

He had spent SEVENTY YEARS uneventfully hunting, fishing, gathering ginsing and exploring those woods before he saw it up close. IT TERRIFIED HIM and kept him out of the woods till the following winter when he felt a little safer in the woods. He eventually got over it but not without looking over his shoulder and being MUCH more aware of his surroundings than he ever was before (and NOBODY could be MORE aware of their surroundings and animals than HE WAS, even BEFORE his encounter. He died at 96 and WOULD NOT TALK ABOUT his encounter. I heard it from his niece who lived close to him and was the only one he trusted to tell her his experience.
