It is a Phalaenopsus, also called a Moth orchid. I'am new to orchids but not gardening and I've got a green thumb....
Am learning as much as I can about it but have a few questions:
1. Its in a clear plastic 4 inch pot. When to repot?
2. Feeding - how often?
3. Its tied to a small stick and bent over at a 90 degree angle. Should I install a longer stick and tie it upright?
Thanks in advance for knowledgeable answers......

3. Remove the stick & deadhead
1. Repot into a terra cota orchid pot with side slots available @ Lowes. Use 50% orchid back & 50% potting soil
2. Do not fertilize until next summer/fall
Best kept in a humid bathroom with a sunny window

My girls are here every other weekend and it is their job to give each orchid 2 ice cubes. I give them a little water with orchid food on the weekends that they're not here. They like the cool nights and bright indirect light of the west side of the sunroom. I haven't repotted them. Some are on their third year and they start to bloom February and last till November or so.
