Probably not significantly. Have your testosterone checked. Try Direct Labs, wholesaler, about $49.00. Saliva tests about the same. Online. Frequently used scale goes from
200-1100. Suggest keeping your level close to top number.

Probably weight training. How much may it increase it? Don't know. Try googling weight training and testosterone to find some possible studies on it.

Weight training in the 10 rep range has been shown to increase Testosterone levels the best, especially heavy multi-joint exercises, especially leg training. The Soviet scientists found workouts lasting 45-75 minutes increased Test levels, but workouts lasting over 90 minutes can lower test levels. You can workout long or you can workout hard, but you can't workout long and hard.
Along with these recommendations, read a brief article referrencing a study that said weight training with in-between sets rest of no longer than 60 seconds raised testosterone levels the highest. Not sure if it lasts long after the workout though.

Squats and deadlifts. Stick to perfect form and high repetitions 10-15. Also cardio jogging, hiking, anything that will require you to use your leg muscles and keep the intensity high! Good luck!

Anaerobic exercise - heavy weight training (especially squats and deadlifts), running sprints, etc has been shown to raise testosterone levels.

No.
There are medical therapies which will make the little fishies swim faster, however.

Yes. Your pretty much raising your test already if your hitting the gym on a regular basis. But specific workouts that increase testosterone and growth hormones are squats, different types of leg presses, deadlifts and power cleans will raise your hormone levels. Hopefully this was somewhat helpful

Working out your legs and back are the two muscle groups that make your body produce the most testosterone. It is a good idea to do legs the day before chest or arms.

So how long after doing a good leg workout would one expect to see their testosterone rise?
How long would the effect last?

Full Depth Back Squats, does not have to be in the 10-15 rep range that is not a dictator. Squatting increases testosterone because it puts your body through the most amount of stress while performing the exercise. When done correctly the squat will actually work your back, entire core area, legs and feet. The squat is the most ideal power exercise for all athletes and those looking to get stronger. Full depth though, none of that quarter of the way down kind of a "butt squat" that you'll see 90% of the time.....smdh go on YouTube and type in 7 mins of Olympic Back Squats

Your test will rise and fall during your workout routine. If you are lifting for an hour or longer your test levels will not be high for a day or so. For permanent test increase levels, after 3-4 weeks assuming you are properly squatting and lifting on a whilst bases (4-5 days per week) go into the doctor and get checked again.

Dead lifts and squats. Exercises where you have to use your core to produce torque will inhibit testosterone release.

If you're looking for one specific workout that increases testosterone the most, that would be squats, deadlifts, or any other excercise that will work a big muscle or multiple muscle groups at once using high weight.

The most sensible suggestion here: Your test and GH levels are at it's highest first thing in the morning and diminish through the day, may bounce back a bit later in the day. Get your test levels checked by a doctor, your levels should be 600 to 900 if your active, lower if your sedentary. If your under 600 then consider hormone therapy, doctors are most likely to prescribe testosterone gels when your levels are under 200, that's way too low. If you have a good doctor get him or her to prescribe testosterone, either andro-gel or injectable. Other test products are junk and can cause side affects. As far as training to raise test levels? Anarobic workouts are great but if you have low T and GH levels, you'll just burn out and then your adrenals will shut down then your in a world of hurt.

Yes ur natural testosterone rises in the morning and starts to go down around 2:30. When the suns rising ur test is and as the sun sets ur test decreases. but when u sleep is when its most active bc thats when u heal.(maybe not spot on but sleep is crucial to higher levels of t) work out yout posterior chain. ( dead lifts, squats, goodmornings, etc...)

Good information. Keep that T level up near max. Check it. Keep it at 900-1200.
If you buy from reliable sources online yearly cost for T, needles and syringes, should
be no more then $200.00 at 100mg weekly.

OP didn't say temporarily or long-term, but big weight exercises DO raise testosterone temporarily. How do you just blanket-answer "no"? Putting your foot in your mouth as usual?
