You can find people like that in every state and in every nation on the earth.
The guy from Ponca city; I understand just exactly how you feel. Lott ignorance hanging around Leflore county too. However, ignorance and stupidity are not the same things. You wanna find out just how smart one of these hillbillies can be? Do business with them. If there is a way to screw you out of a penny, they have it figured out. Gotta keep you hand on your wallet at all times...They're either too lazy or not smart enough to get a formal education, but they are dang sure have enough energy and are smart enough to figure out how to screw people out of a dime.

I live here and find a lot of the people rude, racist, and no common sense. But I am only talking about the area I am in.
it's like that everywhere. Ok is still in the christian dark ages.

When I vacationed in Vegas, unloved it, the people where really nice and I had a lot of good honest conversations. But that was on the strip. I hear once you go off the strip it's a different story.
Ponca city is also the drug capital if the nation. There are more arrests here for meth usage then anywhere in the nation.
Alcohol is also a major problem. And if you aren't white then this town is very, very, racist towards you
You would visit albuquerque. Coolest people ever. Stay around central near the university and downtown.
Still miss living there. Can't wait to go back.
