That's kind of hard to answer due to the first car I got drivable was a 56 Chevy 210 built the power house 383 stroker that is still in it a running to this day as a dd and strip car but as in from the ground up was a 1969 dodge charger did all body work,the original way no bondo in it at all and motor was a complete build from redoing the valves to turning the crank but the question is open so you choose which was my first

The first car I built was a 1947 Hudson 4door sedan all stock it was rebuilt when I was 14 finished it in 1988 I was 22 yrs old and my driver cruzes me around town in this car now!!!!
