 The day went by too fast and I've been having a lot of trouble with anxiety lately. Fear seems to take over. I'm not afraid of anything in particular, just have this uncomfortable jittery feeling inside.

Not well. I had an MRI this morning and the noise triggered a migraine that lasted all day. But, there is always tomorrow and I intend to use it wisely.

I have gotten to point it is difficult to walk without falling. 4th fall in less then 2 weeks. Top it off health dept and fire dept is going to condemn our building if landlord does not fix the extreme mold and major water leaks in building. If he does not contact by 24th with game plan we will be out on the street on the 24th.
Part of me feels the mold may nbe contributing factor with decrease in neurological/joint pain. It is a possible side effect.

I'm doing very well. So far no problem just when the weather gets damp then I notice some changes other than that I get around pretty good.

My Ms isn't too bad today but I'm very tired. Why is it people run when you have a disability? My love would never change. And yes I can still get it up but I have Ms so she has to split cause she doesn't have a normal life.

Wow the last two weeks has been rough . The MS flared up. It can really bumn a person out.and this time with just rest was able to get threw it. I don't like going threw steroid treatments to calm it down. For all of u I hope everything is going well.

Had a sixth spinal surgery April 22nd (L4-L5). This one is doing great. The one in the middle of my back (2009) causes GI spasms and the one in my neck causes pain and numbness in my right arm. Yet, I feel blessed that I can still work and exercise (carefully).
I figure there are others much worse and I wish you all well.

I use Voltaren, and it does help. Weird thing today, by right ring finger is numb this morning. I thought I slept on it wrong, but it's still numb. I hope it isn't a disc in my neck effecting a nerve in my arm. Time will tell hopefully.

Oops, should have clarified there, I use Voltaren for joint pain, lol. I use Sumavel dose pro for migraines. It's very Star Trek and uses a jet of air to "inject" the sumatriptan under the skin. It hurts! But starts working within minutes...

On Tuesday, I woke up and my right ring finger was partially numb. I thought I slept on it wrong, but it is still numb today. Not painful or pins and needles, but it does feel odd and I really don't want to have a numb finger forevermore. Given my spine issues, I am afraid that it may be a compressed nerve in my neck. Ack!

Get it checked out as quickly as possible. The injuries only worsen and u risk them becoming permanent.
I am achy and due the fact my gait resembles a penguins I now am having hip and knee issues.

On bad days, I call it my "march of the penguins walk" lol. Finger is still numb. I will get it checked soon. Over the years, I have learned to live with my body doing weird things. If it became painful or I thought the circulation was compromised, I would go to the ER. Hoping everyone is having a good day.

Oh hell no!!! I was just told I was whining.
Guess what a**hole, try breaking 4 major bones in your foot and walking on it for days without complaining before going to have it looked at. Try having a baby with drugs. Try having your jaw broken and put back together.
B*tches I have an extremely high tolerance for pain so when I f**king say I'm hurting this f**king pain is real!! Pretty sure your pansy a** couldn't handle it for 5 mins and its a constant for me on a daily basis!!

Wow seeing some of the conversations. I'll I can say each of us deal with chronic pain You learn how to just live with it . Use what ever that work the best. Working with you health care professionals. Its hard to stay in good spirits when your always in pain. People don't understand . Pain pills or what ever a person uses. From my experience it only dampers the pain for a bit your still in pain. God bless individuals that do not understand. very ignorant. So for thoughs people

Hey you all on a good note I opened my own business this month . I deal with secondary progressive MS
. I thought I would never work again . definitely not as a heavy equipment mechanic. But this allows me to work my own hrs. And I can believe the clientele that I've gotten. I do handyman / ranchhand work. Just from word of mouth advertisement. From prior work I did for some friends early this yr. To you all I know its hard but don't give up on yourselfs . God bless

So finally got muscle relaxers Saturday and finally not stiff and tight. Still really sore. Having a bad reaction between it and the flu shot I got. Has turned my migraine into a spinner which is awful.
Pretty sure I tore my abdominal mesh today. Really worried about this. It's so complicated to repair.
stay away from the flu shots!!!! I have read that the stuff that goes into the
makeup of a flu shot is mostly poisons!!!!!
I will never allow myself to get a flu shot. you know that many of the doctors who
develop those vaccines never take it themselves!!!!!!!
to me that is saying something.

I have only recently discovered that going out and speaking with people somehow seems to lessen the pain. It's almost like getting revitlitized. Perhaps it's just taking my mind off the pain for a bit, but whatever the case, I plan on continuing to keep-on keeping on..........
