Yes....it's a pretty good tool. I will be super diligent with it starting next month when I start a Body Beast rotation. Not sure if you knew this, but there is an cellphone app for it as well.

Yes! They have a much larger food database than weight watchers and I can find more restaurant foods on it. Like 100x more restaurant foods. I love it.

Yea I use it. Lost nearly 30 pounds so far. What I did was I worked my way into eating less, I think it's more difficult to stick with it if you try to cut back all the way to your calorie goal on day 1. I started out about 200-400 calories more then my goal for the first two weeks. I also try to divide my daily calories into about 5-6 small meals, that way my metabolism has to go through a steady supply of food rather then 3 large chunks of calories.

nope.
Caloriecontrol.org
I only do "go no go" monitoring of my diet. I know my meals have to be under a total of 2400 a day so all my stuff is predetermined. Example
16 oz cottage cheese = 440 calories
apple = 100 calories x 3
pasta = 900 a pack (angel hair)
pasta sauce and meat (800)
So I get like 8 bowls of pasta and sauce with a big dip of cottage cheese on top and three apple snacks a day.
I have 4 of these "cards"
Pasta card
Fish and rice card
Vegetable card
Chicken and rice card
Vegetable day is the hardest. You ever eat 2400 calories of vegetables in a day? I hurt from eating so much lol.

I use the app but mostly to track my measurements and exercise. I've lost 11 inches so far.

I use it diligently. It plugs into my fitbit so I track both.
