I have Firefox 20.0.1, I.E. 10.0.4, Chrome 26.0.1410.64 m, Comodo IceDragon 20.0.1.14 (based on the Firefox architecture) and Comodo Dragon 25.2.0.0 (based on the Chrome architecture) and it happens on all of them. I use an online video streaming site to talk to my kids (they live near Lake Michigan) and niece (she lives in Georgia). I've uninstalled and reinstalled all of the browsers, and Adobe Flash and Shockwave Flash, but it still continues to happen. The flash player addons are used on other sites (games) that I frequent and don't cause problems. It's only on the live video streaming.
