I have three weeks to lose five to ten pounds. I know it's not a lot, but I need some tips. aside from cutting food portions down and being more active, is there anything else I can do to speed the process up?

I didn't get a dr.'s advice. I tried on an outfit I plan to wear to a wedding in a couple of weeks and realized the top was dangerously close to being way too tight on me.

Use light weights. I was told building muscle burns fat faster.

~~OP~~ Not much one can do about the fatty tissue in the boobs in a hurry. It would take more than a couple of weeks of full body weight loss before the boobs started to shrink.

lol My boob size isn't the issue. It's the area around my stomach. It's hard to keep myself trip there because years ago I had multiple surguries that ultimately caused all the muscle tissue in that area to rip up.

My mother has a couple of two pound wrist weights that she can't use right now because of an injury. Maybe I'll try wearing them and see what happens.

before you use wrist or ankle weights be sure you wrap the area under the weights with gauze bandage .... if you don't you will find out what I am talking about in a hurry ... good luck
