Jjjjjjunit, there r mexicans every where u turn. But hey now u know hiw the Indian felt when suddenly there were a grip load of white ppl everywhere, speaking their foreign language called english n destoying their culture, refusing to speak the native tongue, but calling my people savages n stealing the land from them.isn't it amazing. That America is known as the land of opportunity n the free to all thousands of cultures. But to the native ppl of this land, it was stolen from then n then given a false pretense on it, so ppl can complain about other cultures who live here speaking english. I agree on one part. I do not need to learn any other language then english, however uf the lord wants me to learn others I will. But if I could know one, i'd love to know how to speak my family tongue, that the white man stole n said they had to speak english, so they they could live in America. That makes no sense! So if people come here for opportunity before America goes to war and falls toIit's ruin. Who r you to determine what is good. AMERICA was build on lies, false hopes n lies, n we call it freedom. It's my home! N all who choose to live here. Welcome to the melting pot. Next it will b Muslim. Then who will u complain about. Lol

Um, I hate to tell ya all, but 1) Colorado IS a Spanish word and 2) Colorado was part of Mexico when mexicowas territory of Spain. And lastly, a vast majority of Colorado towns and landmarks are words of Mexican Spanish language.
Anyone who's surprised by the number of latinos in a given region really should take a look at their own state histories.
