Just utilize Gym facility, routine work out such as 15-20 minutes of run on treadmill 3 days a week.
You got to record every single time of what you have been doing such as how many miles and calories did
you burn for certain time, so that you know that you are improving. Stop eating MacDonalds a.k.a. Junk food,
they are not healthy, but Fruits, Veggie, and enough Water.

Dont just do cardio routines. Mix in weight training 3-4 times a week. You dont need a gym. Theres basic things you can do along with cardio to boost your metabolism even more. Things like squats, planks, pull ups, push ups, and lunges are all body weight exercises that, mixed with running 2-3 times a week for 20-30 minutes, will significantly increase weight loss. As mentioned before, eat right and cut out all sources of junk food. Abs and a nice toned, cut, body are made in the kitchen, not the gym hope this helps you

I've done weight watchers years ago and it does work you just have to really keep at it. This is before they changed the plan, what I've hear it's way better since it does teach you how to even eat when you go out for dinner.

Im trying to lose weight any advice or tips would be much appreciated
Everyone will tell you to excercise - and while that's true it's not everything.
You do need to lower if not completely stop eating fast food.
Choose right foods.
Find out what you prefer - small meals throughout the day (a snacker) or do you prefer three meals a day?
Personally, I am a snacker. I never eat much at a meal time but I snack throughout the day. So I make smart snacking choices. I eat peanuts, almonds, raisins, and lots of fruit or veggies to dip into sauce. Don't worry about all that "lite" and "diet" junk. It's actually more fattening.
You will need to find a food that fills you up and satisfies you. I can snack on carrots and raisins for awhile but I also look for some healthy choices. You will need to do some reading on your own to find more snacks or better meals.
Also, when you eat a meal, always start with the healthiest food first. Example, if you went out to eat and you're eating at a buffet - find the healthy foods first (like a veggies or something with nuts in it) and have more healthy food then the rice and pasta.
Also, cut way down on sodas. I cut my sodas completely out and I lost a lot of weight in two weeks just by doing that.
You can also chew gum. Chewing gum that has low sugar in it tricks your brain into thinking you're eating - like drinking water if you think you're hungry.
Hope this helps!

Yea but WW only works if you stick with it the rest of your life.
When you lose the weight and get off of WW, the weight will come with added pounds because your body got used to eating only certain foods.
I hate having to count and remember everything I eat and drink. What if I had four chocolate covered raisins? or what if I had a small glass of chocolate milk but I didn't know the ounces?
I go out to eat with clients a lot and I don't really have the time to count and measure all of my points. So I choose a healthier living.
My aunt does WW and she loves it but personally I rather choose my own foods.

Low carb has worked for me. Eating mosty cheese and meat. Also eating centain vegetables that are low in carbs. Yourlighterside.com has recipes for pasties that are low carb which makes it easlier to stay on. Have to take finer and diterary finer doesn't count towards carb intake. I have loss 60 lbs in 5 months and dropped 2-3 sizes.

Teas: green, white and oolong
Fruit: lemon, citron, grapefruit, apples and pineapple
Water: alkaline Fiji, Evian, crystal geyser
Monitor salt consumption, low salt intake is the goal.
Massages, deep tissue seem to be the best for weight loss.
Good luck!
