I just back read these post and NONE of them make any sense at all. Why do you people just post lang garbage??????
If he is using more gasoline and his engine light is on how could that mean a sensor or clogged fuel injector???? If a person had a clogged fuel injector they would get less fuel to the engine and a sensor cannot distribute more gasoline to a cylinder. He never said it missed
Its his gas cap and maybe also his air filter you dummies

Sigh? Looks like two of you decided to focus on my profile and take this topic out of context totally.
Of course the kitchen looks different because it is located in the swimming pool shower partition and also where cabinetry and stove island and an in wall oven are installed. The detached but with over hang is of wood frame and has one large garage door for two car.
The brick home from the front was built in 1969 and being you're so interested in my life it is appraised at the district for 196k.
As far as the video it makes complete sense and was intended for the 50s group to display confidence which very few seem to have. But my profile is not for a bunch of silly guys to analyze. But I did however remove the frontal view of my house because I am attracting (Not by choice) gold digger types that want to simply move in with me

Any moron, engineer or not, would know that there just wasn't enough information to even try diagnosing this issue. Guesses were given, then he blows up with the downright ludicrous "diagnosis" of gas cap or air filter. Oh really? And your amazing enough to arrive at that how? From check engine light on and 9 MPG? You obviously know nothing about the diagnostic process.
The only thing this guy is engineering is bullshit stories about his life.

And if you knew anything, you'd know that modern evap systems use either pressure or vacuum to self check for leaks. And a clogged injector WOULD cause a decrease in fuel mileage due to the oxygen sensor detecting unburned oxygen in the exhaust, which would prompt the pcm to increase injector pulsewidth to compensate for what the oxygen sensor falsely reads as a lean condition.
Know what you're talking about before you steer people in the wrong direction.

Ironically, I know very little about carbs and points style distributors. I just haven't had enough experience with them to bother to learn. I've rebuilt a couple of each, but haven't taken the time to learn the theory behind it. I guess I'm a little backwards that way.

I drive a Lincoln LS V6 and it only gets 9mpg.. I dont understand why my car gets such low mpg. Its always been that way. With todays gas prices why would any vehicle be made to get such poor mpg??!!..

I have a LS with a V8 it gets about 18 city and 22 highway. I am thinking injectors, filters, or map sensor. Try running seafoam through it a few times.
