i was 330 lbs now i am 219-221 my weight if fluxing i had lapband (like gastric bypass) but i wish i woulda got something else.

well even now i am 219 at the least but if i eat or drink ANYTHING i gain like 2 lbs .. ok well i need a fill (more water added to the band to eat less but i am having issues with that)

I was 134 n did zumba n now I'm
Down to 130 n Im stuck lol I started jogging n walking n cut back on my meals tremedousky I eat a snack lunch n break on a daily basis n drink diet green tea n take green tea pills I've been doing it for 4 weeks big difference my best friend doing it started at 280 down to 220 just from green tea diet n I use oxyy sprinkle on my food when I eat put etc

Its pretty normal to hit something of a wall, your body adapts to a new situation after awhile and you have to push it another way. Simply reducing calories to a deficit works for awhile, sometimes a long while, but at a certain point your body decides that it needs to try and hoard what fat stores it has because it has adapted to the reduction. At that point as you lose weight you also start losing a much greater percentage of muscle mass as compared to fat than you would be early on.

What I would do if I were you (unfortunately I can't account for specifics regarding laproscopic limitations as I am not well versed) would be to change your workout routine to a blend of resistance and moderate cardio (a little bit longer duration at a little bit mellower pace).

Resistance training can be traditional weights if you have access, kettlebell (a good way to do a lot with one single object), resistance bands, or even homemade variations (anything from a jug/pail full of water to a box of something heavy.

Resistance training is different hormonally from cardio and will not result necessarily in as fast a weight loss as pure cardio at the start of things, but it allows your body to hold onto the muscle it has (or early on make some very modest gains). This will in turn increase your basal metabolic rate (the number of calories you burn without actually doing anything).

In order for this to happen however you will have to increase your caloric intake so that your deficit is no greater than 500 ( http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ has a good calculator for your daily needs). Make sure this is clean food high in protein content with good fats and well-timed carbs mixed in.

Your body will react to the combination of stimulus in a way that allows for it to continue burning/working/shaping past the plateau stage.
