Thyroid problem with a hormonal imbalance? Yes. That can cause weight gain. It can also cause weight loss. Depending on which way the imbalance swings.
Depression and anxiety. Not alone they do not

The three conditions I stated do after a few months cause hormonal imbalance and amenorhea. Which cause weight gain and you'll thinking that your pregnant for like 6 months because the medical the gynecologist prescribed didn't work... Then you have you period and 3 months later same problem... I've been there dont that.

Avoid drinks like Gatorade and Vitamin Water they are full of sweeteners and sodium.
You are truly an idiot Gatorade has electrolytes for someone like me that does endurance training it is very very important!!! So SHUT UP!!! have no clue what you're talking about!

OP is silly. The human body burns more calories while asleep than sitting still awake. Therefore staying up late dies not burn calories. Not to mention a full nights rest is necessary for muscles to repair and rebuild themselves.
True....even Dr. Oz said this too. Sleeping is more important than not sleeping.

I listen to everything that Dr Oz. says! Ok, and then I take everything I heard and flush it with my next bowel movement.
He pushes so many supplements that mostly don't do anything besides making your pocket book smaller.

Ya know what, Ladies, this thread is less about losing weight and more about lousy attitudes. I have read the whole 4 pages and am sorry I did. Somehow, I lost all the decent ideas on losing weight due to the language and nasty names you call each other. For Pete's sake, just read, get out of it what you can use and discard the rest. You will feel so much better about yourself and your kinder attitudes that you will lose weight by not carrying around so much junk in your heart.
I got to your post and couldn't go on any longer because I agree in what you said.
The sad part is their all wrong because what works for one doesn't always work for some one else.
