For a quick dish, cook mac-n-cheese and then add a can of tuna. Mix well. Eat with saltine crackers. Not bad for a quick snack or even a meal.  .

I fix a box of shells and cheese as directed. Then I add 1 cup Fiesta or Mexican Cheese and 1 cup Tomato Juice. Mix well until cheese is melted and serve.

TACO CASSEROLE..... Prepare Mac and Cheese as directed. Add a pack of Cream Cheese. Melt and stir well. Add a can of Rotel. Add 1 cup Fiesta Shredded Cheese. Stir well. Then, cook 1 pound of hamburger in seperate skillet. Chop meat well. Drain. Add to mac and cheese mixture. Enjoy!!!

I like to make it with a combination of sharp cheddar and monterey jackm aybe with tiny cubes of ham or bacon, wouldn't mind trying it with some pork on the side.
Gotta be homemade, storebought just doesn't have the missing ingredient: LOVE !!
